8th Month

OKay since it will be difficult to catch up all at once my starting point will be here at 8 Months to keep me on track. A lot has happened in this 8 month of Keira's life. She is starting to stand assisted. She eats snacks like lil' veggie puffs and banana a's. The latter like cheerios but banana flavored. She will let you place you on her knees but decides that she would rather roll over. She has just started making the "da" sound and it gets progressive really light and quiet to a yell of "da da da da da da da daaaa daaa daaaaaa daaaaaaaaaa" So below will be a picture by picture for this month since the 9th is around the corner.


We got Keira the talking Elmo and she loves him and tries to eat his eyeballs. So instead of her breaking a rather expensive toy we decided to also get a stuffed animal elmo and she keeps him nearby alot now.Another toy story involves one of those dollar bouncy balls kids have. Well at the store Keira loved the ball and the first few days as well. One day playing with her and the ball she started to be afraid of it and blink her eyes like it was going to hit her, as if we had been playing dodge ball with her. So to solve the problem we got the below see through ball that she now loves and is not afraid of ;)

Crawling backwards ...

She loves controllers especially video game controllers because they light up and have buttons. So her playing video games :)




Snack time, getting good at grabbing stuff out of containers or cups.




She started making this face a week or so ago and we can't help but almost come to tears each time, it's too cute.
